Established in 1987, Paulseth & Associates Physical Therapy is a physical therapist owned private practice with over 100 years of combined staff experience. We have aided world-class, olympic, and professional athletes, as well as, weekend warriors and those with special needs. Our staff is well trained and equipped to provide one-on-one care to assist you pre- or post- surgery, injury, whatever your needs may be. Whether you are a weekend warrior, professional athlete or need special care we at Paulseth & Associates, are prepared for you.

Manual Therapy (Hands-On Approach) Emphasized - Each joint in our body has a physiological range of motion, which is normal movement thru a full arc. Joints also have accessory motion or 'joint play' that permits the normal arc of motion. Manual therapy is a treatment procedure that requires intensive training to mobilize/manipulate a joint in order to restore this joint play.
One-On-One Care - On each day of service at our facility you will receive treatment directly from the same highly trained PT. We spend the necessary time of manual work with you to individually adress your problems.
Orthopedic Evaluation and Rehabilitation - We specialize in the treatment and assessment of all Orthopedic problems. Our state-of-the-art programs permit the patient to return to full activity in a safe and expedicious way.
Sports Medicine - We have experts who are trained in the treatment of athletes and sports performance.
Soft Tissue Healing - Most orthopedic injuries involve the soft tissues or connective tissues which include tendons, ligaments, and muscles. Our treatments expedite the healing time in a safe and enhanced way.
State of the Art Gym Facilities - Our clinic is located within a sports club that offers full services and equipment use to our patients. establishing an independent gym program is easy when we can utilize all of the necessary apparatus and eqipment during your treatments.
Custom Orthotic Fabrication On Premises - We offer the most effective and evidence-based foot orthotic evaluation and devices that are 'total contact' orthotics. They are customized to each patient for the demands of their activities or sports.
Exercise Physiology - The training of the PT includes the theory and application of current exercise physiology principles. Our exercise programs institute these principles on an individual basis and for special needs due to disease processes.
Pre and Post-Surgical Care - Post-surgical care including Physical therapy is required by most physicians in order to return to full pain-free function and activity. Pre-hab or pre-surgical care has been proven highly affective at reducing the time of healing and post-surgical care is shortened and significantly more efficient.
Sports Injury Rehabilitation and Prevention - Post injury care including Physical therapy is recommended by most physicians in order to return to full pain-free function and activity. Pre-hab or pre-surgical care has been proven highly affective at reducing the time of healing and post-surgical care is shortened and significantly more efficient.
